On Swipe-Tags.

• All Swipe-Tags are individual tested what does that mean? All NFC Tags sold by Swipe-Tag are tested. We write a special link into the NFC-chip. This link will bring you to our website. The links are manually written to every Swipe-Tag, this way we test the hardware-part of every chip. 
• Are Swipe-Tag compatible with the Sony App? Yes, Swipe-Tags are compatible with the Sony App. You receive a web-link to the codes on your Swipe-Tags.
• Is my Smart Phone Swipe-Tag compatible? Can you find any NFC in your Smart Phone settings? Yes and if you turn them on the react with for example a Passport you have an Smart Phone with NFC hardware inside. You can also see here if your Smart Phone is enabled with NFC hardware.
• How many times can you write a Swipe-Tag? A Swipe-Tag can be written hundreds of times, until you lock the NFC chip then the written code can't be re-written only be read.
• How many times can a Swipe-Tag be read? A Swipe-Tag can be read thousands of times.
• If I lock my Swipe-Tag, can it still be changed or re-written? No,  "Locked" Swipe-Tags are read only after locking this can't be un-done.
• What are Swipe-Tags? Swipe-Tags are tags with a NFC RF-ID Chip inside. These chips can hold a little digital information, like a CD-R or a USB-Stick. By Electro magnetism the chip will receive a little energy and sents his data package to a receiving device, like your Smart Phone or any other NFC Receiver. Swipe-Tags have a large memory capacity.
• Where Can I find programs or apps to use with the Swipe-Tags? You can find them on any app market on the Internet. We reviewed a few Android apps here.

On Payment & Delivery.

• When do I receive my Swipe-Tags? If you order your Swipe-Tags today, we will send you a confirmation E-mail with your payment instruction how to pay. When we receive your payment, we will send of your delivery the next working day. International Shipping will take a  4-7 working days.
• Can I return my Swipe-Tags if I don't like them? Yes, you can return your Swipe-Tags within 14 days, but only in a un-opened sealed condition and you should pay for the return shipment.
